Carpe Diem Kitchens is one stop solution provider in the space of commercial kitchen for any F&B facility. With a team of cumulative experience of more than 80 years, we are equipped with experts for providing a holistic solution for a world class commercial kitchen.
We started by name PHC Engineers back in 2011 & had an incredible journey till 2018 after which we transformed our brand name to Carpe Diem Kitchens. In a span of more than a decade we have served customers from a Standalone restaurant to a Five-star Hotel. Our customers come from diverse backgrounds launching diverse concepts ranging from Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Resorts, Hotels, Clubs, Banquets, Sports Stadiums, Cloud & Shared Kitchens, Hospitals & reputed Corporates. We are glad that our customer base is growing more than ever & we believe that they are a part of our Carpe Diem family.
One of our core competence lies within our manufacturing facility where we design & manufacture most of the equipment which can used in a commercial kitchen space. Also, we have tie-ups with different manufacturers around the globe to sell their products & empower our customers with the right solution & converting their business into a profitable & sustainable venture.

Delivered more than 20 projects ranging from Restaurants, Cafés, QSRs, Banquets etc
2013 - 2018
Started penetrating into branded Hotels & completed more than 25 projects for reputed brands like Country Inn & Suites, ITC Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels, Vijan Mahal, Nathu’s Sweets & many more.
2018 & Beyond
Started our In-house Manufacturing facility & got associated with more renowned brands like Taj, Marriott, Lemon Tree Hotels, Alchemist Hospitals, SPA Delhi, Howard Johnson Hotels, Ramada & more.

Team experts come from a diverse background of Civil, Mechanical & Applied Electronics Instrumentation engineering & Hospitality. Also, our Leadership team with management education from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (#1 in India) gives us a competence to deliver high quality projects within timelines & industry standards. Our In-house manufacturing has fully skilled staff & foreman’s to keep a consistent quality as per the specifications of the facility & design.
